Care instructions
You can use a hair dryer on a cool setting ( get your Hoover out too if you are doing this indoors, to clean up the fluff) run it up and down the plume and then hair spray using extra hold hair spray. Repeat this process every few months to maintain your pampas.
Or just spray it and leave it, it will naturally open up, leave it near a warm radiator that works too.
