Frequently asked questions
Sizing details
▪All garments are laid flat, measured on the outside of garment and doubled when necessary.
▪When a size is listed from the garment keep in mind that vintage sizing can be much different from today's sizing so use it as a guideline and use the provided measurements to make sure it will be a good fit.
▪If you would like more detailed measurements please do not hesitate to contact me.
Shipping
▪All orders will be shipped with in 1-3 business days and can take 3-10 business days to arrive.
▪Packages to the US will be sent small packet air unless the tracking upgrade is added at checkout and should arrive with in 5-10 business days.
▪Packages in Canada will be sent as an expedited parcel and should arrive with in 3-6 business days with tracking included.
▪Packages may be shipped in recycled boxes when the item is large enough, if you prefer to have new packaging please let me know at check out.
▪Shipping overages of $1.00+ will be refunded at the time of shipping.
Returns
▪No returns will be permitted without prior contact, agreement between both parties and shipping arrangements between both parties.
▪Returns will only be permitted if the items is grossly misrepresented in condition or sizing. Please double check provided measurements and compare to a similar item you already own.
▪Buyer must inform me with in 3 days of receiving item and ship it back with in 7 days of receiving the item.
Condition Grades
▪All condition issues will be noted under sizing in listings
▪Age of item will be taken in to account when judging condition
-Excellent/Like New condition: Still has tags attached, shows little to no sign of wear and/or is still in original packaging
-Great condition: May show slight signs of wear but is still in great wearable/useable condition
-Good condition: Some more noticeable signs of wear but still in good wearable/useable condition
-Fair condition: May need small repairs or more professional cleaning, most items will still be in good condition just might need a bit of extra attention! Will be reflected in pricing.
