The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
All items are final sale. However, if an issue comes up with your order or it arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it so we may find a solution. I want you to be a very happy customer!
Payment
I only accept payment through Direct Checkout. Payment is due upon purchase. Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in a cancellation of the sale, and the item will be re-listed for sale.
Delivery
Items listed are all ready to ship. Orders are shipped with Canada Post and do not come with a tracking number. Please allow roughly 1-2 weeks to receive your package depending on where you reside in Canada. Items will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
