Address entry errors
Due to the large number of delivery address entry errors, here are the new refund conditions for orders that cannot be delivered due to a delivery address entry ERROR BY THE BUYER :
• the order is returned : Partial refund of the order (fees will be deducted corresponding to the shipping cost)
- France : €3 (fixed fee for 1 item) + €2 per additional item
- Europe & World : €6 (fixed fee for 1 item) + 4 € per additional item.
• the order is not returned / lost (considered lost after 30 working days from the date of dispatch) : NO REFUND
