Klarna Studios was born when a friend of mine asked me to create a truly one-of-a-kind wedding invitation.

Instead of spending a bunch of money on forgettable embossed paper that would eventually get thrown in the trash, he wanted something more memorable - he and his fiancee as cartoon characters in love.
