Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within:  24 hours of purchase
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I only accept returns on items that are defective. Please get in touch if you feel your item is defective to arrange a return.
Delivery
Shipping time may vary depending on your location and the complexity of the order. Estimated turnaround for "Ready to ship orders" is ~3-5 business days. You can expect custom orders to take a bit longer ~2-3 weeks. Orders may take longer if you have multiple custom items. Please send me a message if you have any questions.

I use Canada Post for all shipping. Shipping rates are based on standard delivery for domestic service, surface delivery for international destinations. Special shipping arrangements (International, tracking, insurance...) are available. Please send me a message.

*Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges.

Shipping losses/damages are the responsibility of the shipping agent after we have posted the item, however we are happy to work with you to find a positive resolution in the unlikely event of shipping loss or damages.
