    Kristal Viñas - One of a kind jewelry handmade in Vancouver, Canada

    I am graduated in Industrial Design and also hold a Masters in Product Design but I have been a crafter and jewelry designer since I have my first memories, when I already loved spending my summer holidays from school at my auntie's crafts academy and then later also teaching jewelry making and enrolling in a design college. My passion and love is imprinted in every single thing that I do in my life, and of course my jewelry designs are not the exception.

    A year ago I was blessed with a baby and now my life spins around my little bundle of joy and my passion designing beautiful pieces of jewelry with love just for you! I truly hope you enjoy them!

    All the jewelry pieces in my store are beautifully designed and handcrafted in Vancouver, Canada. My designs are unique and my pieces are limited series and most of them one of a kind.

    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Returns and exchange details
    If you are not satisfied with you purchase please contact me within 24 hours after receiving your product. Once I have been contacted, item(s) should be shipped at the buyers expense, unworn and in perfect condition within 7 days for a full refund. If it is a made to order item, it cannot be returned but can be repaired in the event it has been damaged during shipping or resized if needed for wedding or engagement rings at the customer expense (customer has to pay shipping/customs fees), however I do my best to ensure you get the right sizing, but I certainly need your help for this.
    Sorry I can not refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be paid by customer and a track number will be required, if the item is lost and a tracking number has not been sent, no refunds will be issued. Refund is for merchandise only not shipping fees.
    If the merchandise is received with any defect or damage, please contact me immediately after having received your item(s) and send a picture where the damage or defect is so it can be evaluated. Your item will be replaced or repaired depending on the type of damage and you will be notified. No damage or defects claims will be processed if they have not been claimed within 24 hours after having received the piece (date when packaged was received according to tracking reference). Damaged items have to be shipped back for replacement or repair within a week (7 days) after the claim has been placed.
    Payment
    Payment should be done by PayPal only but Etsy Gift Cards are also accepted. Payment should be received within 2 days after purchase, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
    Shipping
    All shipping is by air mail unless other wise requested or indicated in the item post. All purchases will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment is received if the item is in stock or within the time frame indicated in the post for items made to order, or as agreed for custom orders. There will be additional fees for priority shipping please contact me to get a quote. Insurance is extra for pieces/orders under $100 unless it is indicated differently on the item's post.
    Items are shipped from Vancouver, Canada.
    Shipping in the listings is offered to Canada, USA and European Union (including UK) only. For other countries please contact me to get a shipping quote.
    In case that customs fees or charges are to be paid, the customer will be responsible to pay them, not the seller. Import/Customs Fees vary depending on the bylaws in each country.
