Een boetiek voor boekenliefhebbers
A Boutique For Book Lovers
Mijn naam is Mary Kunz Goldman.
Hoogachtend,
Mary Kunz Goldman

After a few happy years as The Ice Cream Museum, this shop is turning a page and becoming Kunz Home Library.
My name is Mary Kunz Goldman. For over 20 years I worked as a journalist for The Buffalo News -- I was the paper's classical music critic. I've written several books of my own. For years, I dreamed of having a true home library — the kind of room filled with books, correspondence, art, coffee cups, antique lamps, and the feeling that life slows down a little when you enter it.
Only recently have I succeeded in creating those rooms in our old house. I brought an ancient library table up from the basement, where it had languished for 30 years. I unpacked the many books I had inherited from my father, an English and Latin teacher. And I took the plunge and painted my library myself, in a deep forest green called Secluded Woods. The transformation has inspired a new direction for my work as an artist and writer.
Kunz Home Library will celebrate reading, writing, old houses, libraries, stationery, letter writing, the arts, and the civilized pleasures of home. You’ll still find many familiar designs here, but increasingly the shop will reflect the atmosphere of the library rooms and solarium now taking shape around me.
Thank you for following along on this adventure! Please reach out to Howard and me with any questions or special requests.
Yours sincerely,
Mary Kunz Goldman
