I have always loved being a maker and creator. Name the craft and art supply and most likely I have dabbled in it.

I love to hike and backpack. As well as read, write, travel and cook. I am a native Hawaiian girl from the islands, who married a Seattle boy and together we have (3) adult children who all live out on their own. Empty nest life....is amazing.

Inspiration for me, comes mostly from nature. I love the colors and sounds of nature, as well as texture and smells. For me silence is the language of the universe, and I relish my time up high in the mountains where time seems not to exist.

Everyday, you can find me either painting, drawing, sewing, embroidering and most recently crocheting up a storm. I have a small (a-hem) new investment problem with yarn.
