No. Every current LOONKO listing is a digital product. No frame, paper, printed item or other physical product will be shipped. Please review the included files and compatibility information in the listing before purchasing.

After Etsy confirms payment, open Purchases and reviews in a web browser and choose Download files. The Etsy app may not display the download button. Guest buyers receive a download link by email.

The exact editable fields are listed on each product page. Ready-made wallpapers and printables are not editable unless the listing explicitly says otherwise. For editable templates, check names, dates and event details before printing.

Each listing states the required software and whether a free account is sufficient. Ready-made JPG, PNG and PDF files can be opened with common compatible apps. Desktop folder icons are applied manually using the supplied guide.

You may print at home, at a local print shop or through an online printer. Check the listing dimensions first and ask the printer about paper, bleed and color settings before ordering a large quantity.

Screens emit light while printers use ink or toner. Paper, printer calibration and screen settings can change the result. LOONKO supplies sRGB files where relevant, and a low-cost proof print is recommended before a large print run.

Digital purchases may have limited cancellation or return options after access begins. If a file is missing, defective or materially different from its description, contact me through Etsy so I can help. Statutory rights are not affected.

No. Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, the purchase is for personal use by one household or for one event. Files, templates and extracted design elements may not be resold, shared, sublicensed or redistributed.

If generative AI contributes to decorative artwork or presentation imagery, the relevant listing discloses it. Final layouts, important text, exported files and compatibility checks are completed and reviewed separately.
