Sizing details

Check the size chart in the listing photos for the exact garment you are ordering. Lay a shirt or sweatshirt you like flat and compare its width and length with the chart. Comfort Colors tees and fleece crewnecks have different fits; do not assume the same measurements across products. For a roomier look, compare the next size up before choosing. Select both the garment style (if offered) and size from the menus. Message us before ordering if you need help.

Which garment style am I choosing?

Read the product details for the brand, fabric and fit of the exact item. Comfort Colors tees and fleece sweatshirts are different garments; a design may be offered in separate listings or in a Style + Size menu. If a listing offers more than one style, check that selection as well as the size and color before adding it to your cart. Compare the listing size chart rather than assuming all styles fit alike. Message us before ordering if a menu or photo is unclear.

How do I choose a color?

Choose the named color in the listing menu and review its linked photo before adding the item to your cart. Available colors vary by design and garment. For Comfort Colors listings, the denim-blue shade is called Blue Jean; Brick is the reddish shade and Espresso is the deep brown. Colors can look different on different screens and under different lighting. If you see a photo or color name that does not match the choices, message us before ordering so we can confirm the correct option.

When will my order arrive?

Check the processing time and estimated delivery range in the individual listing and again at checkout for your address. Processing is the time needed to prepare the item before shipping; transit is the time it spends with the carrier. Delivery estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date. Ordering for a game, holiday or gift? Message us before purchasing if you need help checking the timing. Review your shipping address before placing the order.

Care instructions

Follow the care label and the instructions in your specific listing. For the printed tees and fleece crewnecks described in our listings: wash cold, inside out, with like colors; tumble dry low or hang dry; avoid bleach and fabric softener; and do not iron directly on the print. Mugs, totes and other products may have different care requirements, so check their individual descriptions before washing.

Can I cancel, return or exchange an order?

Our shop accepts cancellation requests within 2 days of purchase. Contact us through Etsy as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Return and exchange eligibility, deadlines and conditions are shown in each listing; please read those details before ordering, especially when choosing a size or buying a gift. If an item arrives damaged or something is wrong, message us through Etsy with your order details and photos so we can review the issue.

How are your graphic garments printed?

We print our graphic garments in-house using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on our Epson F2270. DTG applies the design with garment ink; it is not embroidery. The exact garment brand, available colors and size chart are listed with each item. Print appearance can vary with fabric and color. Follow the care label and the care guidance in your listing to help look after your garment. If a specific finish matters for your gift, message us before ordering.

What is the difference between a tee, crewneck and hoodie?

Our core garment choices are the Comfort Colors 1717 short-sleeve tee, Gildan 18000 crewneck sweatshirt and Gildan 18500 pullover hoodie. A tee is the lighter everyday layer; a crewneck has a round neckline; a hoodie adds a hood and front pouch pocket. The item listing controls which garment and colors are offered—one design may not be available in every style. Compare the size chart for that exact model with a garment you own before ordering. Message us if you need help choosing.
