Welcome to our online shop.

Mr. Bow Tie sells a variety of Canadian handmade Bow ties and Suspenders, Ties, Pocket Squares from solid colours for formal/informal events for all ages.

Orders for Spring and Summer events now being taken. Please see production schedule below, which does not include shipping time.

We are exclusively online, with no in store availability for purchases and products are by mail out only.

All prices are as is as items are made to order with no additional discounts.

Notice of possible shipping delays: Delays in shipping of items may still occur enroute in some areas due to winter weather related issues etc. In some further eastern provinces of Canada shipping may take a few extra days than noted by Canada Post. Please give ample or extra time for your orders to arrive. Thank you.

Every order is important to us in getting it to you in time for your event. Adding a notation to your order with the required date is helpful, although it is advisable to not order any Rush orders required within 4-5 weeks. Single orders are shipped quickly and usually within 2-3 business days. If you have any questions, it is best to contact us first before putting through your order.

USA Shipments will be shipped with Canada Post (Regular Shipping for Swatches) (Expedited for product parcels) from Canada at this time and could take 6-12 business days to arrive, not including production times below. All shipment with Canada Post that are a USA bound are required to go though customs via Canada Post. Any taxes and duties charged in the receiving country are the responsibility of the receiver.

If you require your order sooner, please use an upgraded method of delivery for a more suitable delivery time that is trackable upon checkout.

We want to make sure your order arrives in time for your event. If there is no prior communication to us with your event/ required date and your order does not arrive in time there is simply no cancellation/refund of your order. All orders are "Made to Order" which is the Production times below and do not include shipping time.

No Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
There are no cancellations/refunds/returns/exchanges once your order has been placed. It is very important that if you require a close or exact match that you order swatches prior to your final order.
We strongly recommend for all customers to purchase colour swatches prior to purchasing a product to ensure the colour matches what they are looking for as all computer monitors vary in brightness and may alter the true colour of the product.
All our items are made to order accordingly to sizing with many hours of production for each order so we cannot have them returned or exchanged for other sizes, colours etc once they have been made.

Customers can contact Mr. Bow Tie if there are any concerns with the products they have purchased.

CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMES - ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER UPON RECEIVING AND DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIMES. Current times are below to keep you updated and can change daily. Please add the correct shipping upgrade if you require your order to ship quicker. Please message prior to ordering if you require a rush order within 2 weeks and we will confirm. Message with your location, as well as date and items required.

Please note: While our wait times may appear up to 2 weeks on each listing, our Production times are as follows. Orders of one item/set may go out much quicker than larger orders.

Neck ties - Neck ties already listed are available. If more are required, please message with colour and number required for availability. Extra neck ties can take up to an additional 2 weeks through production depending on the number required.

Swatches are available to order under our swatch listing for colour matching. If ordering swatches for your event, please order at least 6-8 weeks prior to your event in order to accomodate the production and shipping of your final order. If you wish to order after receiving your swatches, please do so as soon as possible.

All customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser to which their order/country is being shipped.

*Lost, stolen and undelivered packages are the responsibility of the buyer.
Mr. Bow Tie cannot replace lost, stolen or undelivered parcels purchased without insurance coverage. If you would like to add insurance coverage onto your shipping, please message prior to ordering and we will add the Insurance coverage on for you to purchase.

Delays in shipping can occur through customs, extreme weather conditions /fires enroute and at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and have allowed plenty time for shipping your order that is beyond our production time.

PLEASE NOTE: WEDDING ORDERS: If you are having each individual person order separately on their own please check the listing first for availability of sets in the drop down menu to make sure there is more than enough to fulfill your order. Ordering separately could cause a sudden unavailability due to others ordering as well or a change in fabric bolts that could be of a slightly different hue in colour. Messaging ahead with a number of orders coming in and having your party tag your last name in notes upon ordering will help avoid some of these issues. If you require more sets than what is listed, please message us first to see if we have more available or time frame of availability.

If you wish, we can set up a Reserved Listing for your party to order from, just message and let us know how many sets required, sizes, location for shipping and date required by, so that we can set that up for you. Our Etsy shop is not our only source so we have to make sure we can order in for each special occasion and accommodate your order as a whole. If you order each individually without letting us know before hand, we cannot guarantee your whole wedding order will be fulfilled and you may be shorted or the same bolt may not be used resulting in a slightly different hue and we do not want that to happen. We take pride in carefully custom making each order, please give us the time to do so by ordering well in advance or messaging us to see if we can accommodate your request.
