Frequently asked questions
Is my order has a tracking number?
Standard shipping does not come with tracking number, due to how expensive it is, and I want to keep the shipping cost as low as possible for our customers! However, there is the option to have the order shipped with tracking at an additional cost. If you have questions regarding shipping, please message us at the shop!
I have not received my order yet
I am so sorry that you are experiencing this. All orders are shipped through Canada Post, they can be slow and delays can occur. If your order still have not arrived 2 weeks after the estimated time range, please send us a message at the shop!
Processing time
Current processing time is 2-6 business days, therefore your order will be shipped within 6 business days, unless otherwise stated. Lil Haven CA do not accommodate rush requests, especially if you placed a custom order.
The product I received is damaged. What should I do?
I try our best to package our products to mitigate damages during shipping, but unfortunately it still happens occasionally.
Please take photos (the more the better!) of the damage, including: how the package arrived, damages on the exterior packaging, interior damage, and any product damages. And send those photos and get in touch with us at lil.haven@outlook.com, and figure out a solution!
I still have not received my order.
With the current pandemic, shipping has been taking longer than normal. Please give it another 1-2 weeks.
If your order was shipped with tracking, please contact us through email or Instagram DM if it has been THREE MONTH after your order was DISPATCHED.
If your order was shipped with no tracking (aka standard shipping) - NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT for orders shipped with Standard Shipping. Lil Haven is not responsible for lost mail. Please order with tracking if concerned.

Do you ship to UK?
Yes, but only on Etsy, this is due to the new UK VAT laws (January 2021). I am not registered for UK VAT, however Etsy as an online marketplace is registered. Therefore, UK customers can only shop on Etsy.
Why is the tracked shipping expensive than other shops?
I understand that shipping cost can affect customer where to buy. My shipping cost is higher than other shops as I do not have a business account with Canada Post yet. I do not receive a high volume of orders yet. Also, Etsy deducts a portion of the shipping cost as part of their fee, meaning I do not receive the whole amount of what you paid for the shipping fee.
I apologize about that but I am working to find alternatives.
