Perguntas frequentes
How do I access my purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, open Etsy.com in a web browser, sign in, and go to “Purchases and reviews.” Find your order and select “Download Files.”
If you purchased as a guest, use the download link in your receipt email from Etsy. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it.
Will I receive a physical item?
No. All products from Lily Plans Studio are digital items. No physical planner, printed pages, tablet, or accessories will be shipped. Please read the listing description to see exactly what is included.
Can I print my purchase or use it digitally?
This depends on the product. Printable PDFs, digital planners, and spreadsheet templates have different features and requirements. Please check the listing before purchasing.
A printable PDF is not automatically fillable. These features will be stated in the listing when included.
How should I print my planner pages?
Choose the file that matches your paper size and print at “Actual Size” or 100% scale. You can print at home or use a local print shop.
Available sizes are listed in each product description. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, ink, and paper.
Do you offer customization?
Have a different color in mind or need a small layout adjustment? Send me a message through Etsy before purchasing so we can discuss your idea.
I’ll confirm whether the change is possible, along with any additional cost and delivery time, before you place a custom order.
Can I share or resell the files?
Your purchase is for personal use only. You may print copies for your own use, but you may not share, redistribute, resell, or upload the files for others to access. The files may not be used to create products for sale.
