If during the purchase regular/standard shipping without tracking is picked please note to certain regions shipping will take longer than usual.

When the couriers attempt to deliver if the recipient is not available, we are not able to guarantee the deliverying company will attempt a second time or will leave a notice. If the delivery is unsuccessful the package is destroyed by the courier company as it costs them to send it back to the seller. As the seller, this is not in our control, and cannot be held responsible and no refunds or replacements will be issued.

We cannot track or refund purchases that are not received that do not have a tracking number. We do apologize as it is not in our control in situations where there is no tracking. This is usually if 'International Surface Shipping' is selected.

If you wish to return the item, please return it within 2 days of receiving the product. The refund will be the full purchase price less the shipping cost to send out to the buyer. Please send a picture of the product to the seller prior to sending the return. The pictures must show all parts of the product and must be clear images under a bright light. If the returned product is received broken no refunds will be issued. The buyer is responsible to ensure the product is packaged safely and shipped as a return to the seller. A refund will be issued after the product is returned in the original packaging and undamaged. The seller will inspect the product and issue a refund less the shipping costs.

We will gladly refund or replace an item that was damaged during shipping. However, a picture must be provided in order for an insurance claim to be submitted to the post office.

We can replace returns and exchanges, however, the buyer pays for shipping costs in these situations.

We thank you for your understanding, as a small business these can be detrimental and therefore we have to have these policies in place.
