Missing Information
If there is missing information on your order, we will always reach out to you via Etsy chat/e-mail for the missing details. If we do not receive a response within 12 hours, we will proceed with processing and shipping your order as follows.
Missing items:
Size Selection (where applicable): We will include an outfit size that we have in stock.
Colour/Font Selections: We will use our expertise to pick the colour and font we think is best.
Baby Name/Baptism Date: Order will be cancelled if this is not provided.
***A complimentary greeting card will only be included if your order is marked as a gift AND your personal message is included at checkout or in the note to seller. A greeting card will not be included if this info is missing***
Processing Time
Gift boxes and personalized items are custom made to order and take between 1-2 business days for creation.
Delivery within North America is an additional 3-14 business days. Please allocate enough time for postal delays that are out of our control. We will do our part to ship your order out on time, however we can not guarantee mail delivery, especially during the holiday season and due to the pandemic. Please keep this in mind when ordering, and be sure to give your package plenty of time to arrive.
Shipping Policy & Tracking
Packages can be shipped directly to the gift recipient by putting their address under "Shipping Address" at checkout.
All of our products are shipped with a TRACKING NUMBER. Estimated delivery time is 3-14 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you in the Dispatch Notice once the package is shipped. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We currently only ship within North America.
***TRACK YOUR PACKAGE >> Be sure to track your package and let the lucky recipient know to expect it. Packages are often left on doorsteps, in community mailbox lockers, and at the concierge desks of condos/apartments. We are not responsible for delayed or missing parcels and are unable to issue a refund due to postal issues beyond our control.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, & Changes
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
We begin work on your order as soon as we receive it in order to ship it out to you on time. We do NOT accept changes and cancellations to any order once it has entered the production process or has been mailed out from our shop. Please be sure to verify that all your information is correct before placing an order.
Personalization Info
Blankets: Baby's name is embroidered diagonally on a corner of the blanket. Names are embroidered with a capital first letter and the remaining letters in lower-case. Blanket personalization is up to 9 characters maximum including spaces, hyphens, and punctuation. For longer names, please contact us prior to ordering.
Footprint & bow details are embroidered in the same thread colour as baby's name. Arrow detail is embroidered with the following colours: grey arrowhead, brown shaft, feathers in the same colour as baby's name.
Monograms: Monograms are embroidered as described in the specific product listings. Placement is on the bottom right corner of the blanket.
Packaging
Gift Boxes: Gift box items are neatly packed with printed tissue paper in a keepsake gift box with a magnetic closure, bow, and Little Grandyz logo. It is then wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a larger mailing box to keep it clean and protected so that the keepsake box can be used to hold little treasures and memories for years to come.
Cotton Drawstring Bags: Some of our baby items come neatly packed in a handmade cotton drawstring bag (as mentioned in specific product listings) and mailed in a mailer bag. Items sold in our cotton drawstring bags do NOT come in a keepsake box.
Boho Fringe Swaddle Blankets: These delicate blankets are neatly folded in a plastic zipper pouch and shipped in a mailer bag.
Care Instructions
Fleece Blankets - Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not iron or dry clean.
Cotton Swaddle Blankets - Machine wash cold, gentle cycle; Hang to dry.
Cotton Clothing – Machine wash cold, hang to dry. Iron on lowest setting if needed. 100% cotton clothing is soft and gentle on baby’s skin but being a natural material, it should never be tumble dried. See care label on item for more instructions.
Crochet Bunnies & Stuffed Toys - Hand wash only or gently wipe with damp cloth; Air dry.
Wooden & Sensory Toys - Clean with damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge in water. Inspect item regularly and discard if damage occurs over time.

Local Pickup & Shipping Fees
A shipping & handling fee is still charged on orders whether they are mailed or picked up by the customer. This is because local pickup is an extra service we provide above and beyond the usual shipping process. It involves prioritizing a rush order and scheduling time to meet our valued customer at our pickup location.
