**SHIPPING**
Current turn around time is 3-5 business days, custom orders can take about 1 week to complete depending on the style and the quantity. Custom orders have an additional charge depending on the style and measurements.

Shipping times vary, first class mail takes about 5-7 business days to arrive in the US. Priority mail takes about 2-3 business days to arrive in the US. Priority Mail Express takes about 1-2 business days to arrive in the US. (sometimes longer on the holidays) We can't 100% guarantee delivery times since is out of our control after we give the package to shipping services.Please select the appropriate shipping method during checkout to ensure your item arrives on time, leaving me a note of when you are needing your item by. When your order ships you will receive a email notification containing the tracking information.

We are responsible for your lovely purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages. All purchases are shipped by USPS. Packages that are shipped priory mail in the USA are automatically insured to up to $100.00

***RETURNS & EXCHANGES***

I gladly accept returns/ exchanges, item must be unworn in perfect condition without any tares, stains, perfume etc...Buyers are responsible for shipping cost for any returns/exchanges. We inspect all dresses that are being returned/ exchanged. All returns/exchanges must be shipped back to me within 7 business days, buyer must provide tracking information, we cannot be held responsible if item is shipped to us without tracking information. ***Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE***
