Confidence was not always my strong point, in fact, struggling with anxiety, imposter syndrome and the “should” be’s of societal pressure held me back for so long I never thought I would break free and find myself again.

After years of struggling, I finally discovered the key to changing my life and it was so darn simple yet, it had eluded me for years. All I had to was change my mind!

My struggle to love myself and become a more confident woman in all areas of my life took years to overcome. It wasn’t until I made a simple discovery that my life changed forever.

Now I work with women to help them reach the point in their lives where they can feel truly confident, happy in their life, mindful each day and reach their full potential.
