    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

    Returns and exchange details
    There are no refunds available on custom orders.
    Everything else can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    Payment
    If an item is purchased but not paid for within seven days, the purchase will be cancelled and put back into my store.

    Shipping
    Everything will be shipped within seven days of its creation.
    If you request a custom order check on the listing to see how long it takes to make. After that time it will be shipped within seven days.
