    About LONG Creations

    My name is Natalie Long, I’m a graphic Designer with a degree from Coventry University, England and over 12 years experience in the design for print industry.

    Once I had my daughter I realized I could put my education to use creating printable art for kids and the home, we started a small home based business and have recently started selling these on etsy. I'm a busy momma bear of 2 little, love supporting fellow handmade, small shops and creating pretty prints :)

    I work in digital designs for print, therefore my listings are not PHYSICAL prints, the high resolution file is emailed through to you. This option saves on shipping costs and wait time, you are receive a .JPEG file the same day I receive approval on a proof.

    A Digital file is the same as any photo file, simply download, print and frame.

    All of my design are 100% customizable to make a totally unique and personal piece of art for you!
    We have lots of designs available for instant download, if you would like to customize them just contact me. I work in printable digital files so there is no shipping costs or wait times you will receive the file from me the same day you approve the design.

    I pride myself on providing the best service I can and always try to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your design, if you are not happy with the proof you are provided with I will work to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for! I have never had to give a refund
    Payment
    Payment is due before I will even start working on any customized designs.
    My etsy shop is set up to take payment through a secure server, through all the methods listed above ^^
    Shipping
    I work in digital files so that is no shipping costs on my products. Once I receive approval on a design you will receive the final high resolution JPEG file via email the same day.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    You are provided with a high resolution digital file (JPEG) upon approval of your custom design this is the same as any normal photo and can be printed any way you would normally print a photo at a professional photo lab.
    Each listing has options for the file size you would like to receive from me, instant downloads state the size in the description, larger files cane printed smaller but to keep quality if you require a larger size then please request it.

    What is your turn around time?

    I am a busy momma bear to 2 littles but I strive to get a proof to you within 1-3 days of you placing your order.
    But lets face it life happens...... If you wish for a rush job I always try to do what I can please just send contact me or add in the notes section so I know it is needed sooner rather than later

    What is a printable digital design?

    Here at LONG Creations we work in printable digital files.
    These are high resolution JPEG'S that are emailed through to you, to be treated the same as any photo file, simply save the file and print at any photo lab.

    Do you take custom orders?

    We love creating custom designs :) If you don't see what you are looking for but love our style feel free to contact us to create a custom listing.

    Can I customize an instant download?

    See an instant download from us that you LOVE but want to change the colour, size or personalize in some way.
    Any of our generic designs can be personalized feel free to contact us to customize any design.

    When will my digital print arrive?

    INSTANT DOWNLOADS: Available immediately after payment processing, the files will be sent through to your email address linked to your etsy account.

    PERSONALIZED DESIGNS: You will receive a proof via email or etsy convo within 1-3 days, once I receive approval from you your high resolution file will be emailed through the same day.

    Why is there a shipping option on a digital printable?

    In 2016 Etsy changed the policy section and unfortunately did not make allowance for digital printables that do not have physical prints.

    As stated in all my listings we work in digital files for print, we do not send you any prints, there is no shipping costs and nothing physical sent. You will receive files via email for you to download and print.
