Q: What do I do if my order arrives DAMAGED?
A: Please know we do all we can to avoid damages, but carriers are not always as careful as we'd like.
In the event of damages - Always notify us as soon as possible and take good photos of the item, damages, and the outside box damage and send them to us. Based on damages we may request that you send the item back to us for repair so please keep the packing materials. All damages are dealt with on an individual basis. We reserve the option to repair, replace or pay for repairs to be done locally. In some case a refund may be offered upon returning the item. Damages are treated fairly to both parties but are at our discretion.

~ We do have select items that have FREE SHIPPING; these items are clearly marked and can be seen in the shopping cart. Free Shipping is our standard method as specified here. *Upgraded shipping would be an additional fee if requested.
~ Shipping Charges Include...Postage, Packing Materials, Labor, and Delivery Confirmation for your purchase.
~ We ship via USPS Standard Post (parcel post) as it is cost effective due to weight & oversized packages required by most of our items. We want you to get your items as soon as possible at a reasonable cost.
~Occasionally items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx if it is cost effective to do so.
~ If you want your item(s) faster…Please convo us for a Priority Mail Shipping quote prior to purchase! We are happy to adjust the shipping fees accordingly.
~ We set up our listing so they automatically COMBINE SHIPPING whenever possible.
~ We are always willing to look up shipping costs to YOUR SPECIFIC LOCATION prior to purchase...Just MESSAGE us with your zip code and we will get back to you with a specific shipping quote for your item(s)! It might be lower, but it will not be more!!!
