1 of the. 5 jars was broken in transit. Product is good, just the packaging is questionable.

Hello Jerry, I am so sorry that one jar broke. If I had know this, we could have found a solution to resolve this issue. The parcels are carefully packed - but things can happen and we are always eager to satisfy our customer. The best way is to make a picture of the damage and send it to us for a refund.
