Australia Post regrets to inform customers that due to reductions in air freight capacity, there may be delays on the letters and parcels network that Australia Post operates around the country, particularly to regional and rural communities.

Delays will mean:
- Priority Mail services may be suspended
- The delivery time for Perth and Brisbane may increase by up to 5 days
- The delivery time for North Queensland may increase by up to 7 days
- The delivery times for Tasmania may increase by 3 days
- That Next Day Express Post Services into regional and rural communities may not be able to be maintained

Australia Post is exploring all available transport alternatives and options, and working with the Australian Government, to minimise resulting impacts for customers.

ALL national orders are posted via Australia post. Tracking will be provided when you order is marked as dispatched. Please understand I am NOT held responsible for damaged or lost packages. The postage difference will be refunded if you are over charged after purchase. Please read my policies regarding refunds and returns.

Where it all started

My mother was creative in her own way and I'm pleased that it has been passed on to me. I would sometimes wake up in the middle of the night as a kid and go sit with her while she painted into the wee hours of the night. Her art was everywhere and touched every heart. She was self taught and went on to give teach her own classes, import the most popular paint from the USA and built her own studio. She will always be my inspiration.

Lullaby Mobiles & Designs was founded on the 14th May 2011. On the 8th September 2012, my family, my business and i immigrated to the Gold Coast, Australia.
Thankfully, since moving to Australia I have been able to turn my little business into a full time job and was able to bring on two assistants in September 2013 to help with the increase in orders!

I'm proud to say that my products are being enjoyed by many in some beautiful countries such as: United States, United Kingdom, South Africa, New Zealand, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, UAE, various Asian countries, France, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Spain, Italy and Greece and numerous others!

Each item I create, I strive to make unique in every way. I love making custom orders and coming up with new ideas, and I especially love seeing how much people love the end product.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Return items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of my products returns are accepted on a case to case basis. If there was indeed a mistake or problem with your order on my part, please contact me right away so I can fix the problem with an exchange or return. Any items that are being returned (at your own cost) must be returned within 10 days after we have decided upon the return/exchange. Refunds will not be given until the product is safely returned in it's original condition.

Orders that have been returned to me because you didn't pick up from your post office will only be sent back at your extra cost or refunded once contact has been made. Refunding a returned package because of lack of picking up from the post office or lack of paying customs taxes will only have the cost of the product item refunded, not the shipping.

If you received your mobile in a box with protection packaging, please ensure you follow the same example on returning the product.

Complete custom made products are non refundable as it was made to suit your decor.

If you have decided to cancel your custom order, all BUT 20% of the total amount of your purchase will be refunded to you providing you cancel within 2 weeks of making your purchase with me. Deciding to cancel your order close to the dispatch date will not be entitled to a full refund as supplies and allocated time would have already been paid for.
Payment
Payment is accepted via Paypal and direct check out and must be received with in 24 hours, otherwise your order may be cancelled. Please make sure to follow through with the steps to paypal and make sure you get an invoice number from paypal. The email from etsy is NOT confirmation of payment.

DIRECT CHECKOUT is also now available in my shop without leaving the site.

Payments not made in Australian currency can only be canceled and refunded after 24 hours.

Please contact me if it has been 6 weeks and you still haven't received your order and so we can discuss your options.

Your item will not be made/shipped until your payment has cleared and contact made discussing your custom requirements.

Custom made items will not be shipped until I send you photos of your completed order and I get a response from you saying you 100% happy with your order.

Please contact me if you need an item rushed-this is sometimes possible if you'd like to pay for the additional shipping charge this might require or a rush service fee to make your order quicker.

=== International (outside Australia) Orders ===
If you are an International customer, any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any orders mailed back to me because you didn't pay your customs taxes will only be sent back to you once you have paid the extra postage cost to resend it to you.
