5 out of 5 starsThe pearl earrings I ordered were perfect! It was hard to find an affordable local seller that makes pearl earrings and lumos & nox surpassed my expectations! Considering the postal delays, my order reached to me within only a few weeks and I would have waited longer just for the high quality of these earrings. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service and I will be coming back for more excellent hand made jewelry :)

Hi Tessa, I'm sorry your order has not arrived yet :( As mentioned in the emails between us your order was mailed out on Nov 20 (so it has only been 19 days and your order is going to the UK) via standard mail - Tracking / Express post was not chosen. As per our shop policies: 'I'll do my best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose'. Additionally, we are in a pandemic during the holiday season so shipping times have been dramatically delayed. I try to communicate this via my shop announcements, confirmation email and shipment email. Christmas is 2 weeks away so I do hope it arrives in time but sadly once an item is mailed out it is out of my hands.
