LunovaSol ("we", "us") sells digital printable wall art. This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are
LunovaSol is a small independent shop operated by Rescue Ready LLC. We sell digital downloads through our Etsy storefront. We do not operate a payment system, a marketplace, or an advertising network of our own.
What we collect, and where it comes from
Purchases made through Etsy. Etsy is the seller platform and processes your order and payment. Etsy collects your information under Etsy's own privacy policy and shares a limited part of it with us as the shop: your Etsy username, your order details, and — where a transaction requires it — the name and address associated with the order. We never see your full payment card details. We use this information only to fulfil your order, to answer your messages, and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations.
Messages you send us. If you contact us through Etsy Messages or by email, we keep that conversation so we can help you and refer back to it if you write again.
Email list, if you join it. If you choose to subscribe, we collect your email address and nothing more. We use it only to send occasional updates about new designs and offers. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Our email delivery is handled by MailerLite, which stores subscriber data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. We do not add anyone to the list who did not ask to be on it, and buying from us does not subscribe you.
Pinterest. We publish our own designs to our own Pinterest account, including through Pinterest's API. That process posts our images; it does not collect any information about Pinterest users, and we do not receive or store personal data about anyone who views, saves, or clicks our pins. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics such as how many times a pin was saved may be visible to us in Pinterest's own dashboard. Your activity on Pinterest itself is governed by Pinterest's privacy policy.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
We do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
We do not run our own tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this page.
We do not attempt to identify individual visitors to our pins or listings.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is generally six years. Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe, after which your address is removed. Message threads are kept while they're useful for supporting you, and deleted on request.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent to marketing email at any time. If you're in the UK, EU, or EEA, the UK GDPR / GDPR give you these rights explicitly, along with the right to object to processing, to request your data in a portable form, and to complain to your national data protection authority. If you're in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights of access and deletion and the right not to be discriminated against for using them — and note that we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To exercise any of these, email lunovasol@rescue-ready.net. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we don't hand your information to someone else.
Note that some of your data sits with Etsy rather than with us. For anything Etsy holds, you'll need to go to Etsy directly — we can only act on what we have.
Cookies
This privacy policy page does not set cookies. Etsy and Pinterest set their own cookies when you use their sites; those are covered by their policies, linked above, and controlled through your browser and through each platform's own settings.
International transfers
Etsy, Pinterest, and MailerLite are US-based services and may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where data is transferred out of the UK/EEA, those providers rely on their own approved safeguards, described in their policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and move the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes affecting email subscribers will also be sent to the list.
