Why can't I return my jewellery purchase?
For hygiene reasons, there are no returns on the purchase of earrings unless the goods are of unacceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or incorrectly described. Please contact me if you have any issues.
International Shipping - delivery method & times?
Items are handmade in Australia. I happily ship International / Overseas.
Orders that are shipped overseas, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for all applicable customs/duties fees and/or charges.
Shipping times can vary from the guide I have given, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.
I pack & send promptly - It's up to the postal companies to deliver on time.
All orders will be shipped via regular air mail without tracking.
If you want postal upgrades such as tracking, etc - this is an extra cost.
How do I care for my acrylic jewellery?
* Be Gentle: it may be light weight but it needs to be handled with care (just like any other jewellery you own).
* Fingerprints and dust: Just use a soft cloth (microfibre, duster, the bottom of your t-shirt - anything dirt free) - my highest recommendation is a Sunglasses/Optical Glasses Cloth to polish these out, gently. Remember that acrylic scratches easily so be careful.
* Don't get your jewellery wet - don't wear in the bath, shower, pool etc.
* Avoid perfume, moisturiser, sun cream, hairspray near your jewellery.
Are there places that I do not send to?
As of 1st May 2022 - I do NOT send to GERMANY. Any sales from Germany will be fully refunded.
