If you need your item by a guaranteed time frame/urgently, please upgrade to the express shipping. This will go via Royal Mails guaranteed next day delivery service which they are still prioritising. PLEASE NOTE this does not affect the turnaround of actually making the item, just the delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I leave my personalisation?
Some of my listings will have drop down boxes for you to select certain information and a personalisation box to add names however, this doesn't always appear if using your mobile or the Etsy app. If additional information/no drop down box is provided, the personalisation can be left in the notes to seller box at the checkout. Please double check once your order has gone through that the note has saved and gone through with the order. This will save any delays of me messaging for the personalisation. If your unsure of anything please do just pop me a message.
Can I cancel my Order
I do request that all cancellations are made within 12 hours of placing the order. This is due to the fact that the majority of my items are personalised and if I have started to make them, I will be unable to resell.
If it is over 12 hours, please pop me a message and if I haven't started your order then I will be happy to cancel the same.
Do you accept returns?
If your item is personalised, then no. The EU Directive on Consumer Rights June 2014 does not apply to custom makes.
If it is a non personalised piece, then I will accept returns within 14 days from receipt of the item and providing the same is returned (via Royal Mail Signed For) and in the same new condition in which it was sent.
Does it come Gift wrapped?
Each of my items is attached with coloured twine to a logo backing card and then either popped in a clear cellophane presentation bag or tissue wrapped and popped in an organza bag. The listing will detail this for each item. You can however select the gift wrap option for one of our gift boxes or if ordering more than one item, select the gift box shipping upgrade to ensure that all items in the order are gift wrapped.
Care instructions
Jewellery should not be subjected to things such as perfume, shower gel, bubble bath, oils, lotions etc. These all contain chemicals which can have an adverse effect on your jewellery.
Most of my items are made from Stainless Steel which is a of a high grade and mirror polished. So fine to wear in water etc, just ensure that it is dried properly.
What do I do if my order is incorrect?
Please double check all spelling when leaving the details for your personalisation. I can not be held accountable for any errors that I am provided. In these circumstances under the EU Directives, I am not required to refund or exchange.
I do however, of course want you to be happy with your item, so if there is an error please contact me immediately and I can look to sort this out. Please note that this will be at an additional cost.
If there is an error with your order that is my fault, please pop me a message asap and I will look to get this corrected straight away.
How long until I receive my order?
My turnaround time can vary due to seasonal occassions etc. So its always worth checking the listing at the time.
