100 times more gold than gold plated and is the best quality alternative to solid gold. A solid gold layer is pressure bonded onto a durable silver alloy. It looks exactly the same as solid gold, is hypoallergenic, very durable and tarnish resistant.

.925 Sterling Silver
Very durable and lustrous. Tarnishing from oxidization is normal over time. Clean with a polish cloth to maintain luster and store in air-tight compartments to prevent oxidation.

All pieces are handmade within 1-2 business days of the order date, then sent for shipping.

The processing and shipping times do not include major North American holidays.

If you are in a rush and need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Production times DO NOT represent the days to ship your order. Shipping estimates vary depending on your country of residence. Please read the above announcement page and estimated delivery times for more information.

There are no additional shipping fees for adding extra items to one shipment up to four gift boxes per order max as this is calculated by size and weight of the shipping box. Orders over four gift boxes will require additional shipping.

The arrival date of your piece depends on your location and shipping option chosen. Shipping dates provided are estimates only; we can not guarantee shipping dates on behalf of the courier.

The courier and tracking number of your order can be found in the "purchases" section of your Etsy account.

If your order is lost, damaged and/or delayed during shipment due to customs, unfortunately we have no control of that and are not responsible. Please contact the courier for all delivery related issues.

We guarantee that our jewelry will match the order placed. If not, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to help.

Refund requests are subject to our approval; items must be unworn and in original packaging. Refunds will be paid in the same form of the original purchase method and will equal the price of the item(s) plus any applicable sales tax.

For exchanges, if you want a different item or for your length adjusted, there is a $6 labor fee for each item.
