Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are wrapped well and decorated with ribbons etc, if additional wrapping is required to a specific occasion then please contact me before purchasing the item. An extra charge may apply.

Haven't received the item
All the products are posted day after the day of purchase except the ones purchased on Friday, these are posted on Monday. If you haven't got the item then there is a delay in transit or customs. Unfortunately I have no control over either and the item will be with you once it's out of customs.
It's been a long time and still not received the item
If that is the case then please contact me, most parcels take about 14 working days. If they don't get to you within this time then there is a chance that the item might be lost in transit. if this is the case then please contact me and we can come up with a solution to resolve the matter.

All delivery option provided take around 14 working days or more depending on destination. If you need an item by a specific date then please contact me regarding that before your purchase as I will not be responsible for late delivery as the post I use is economy which takes time.
