About MagnetWeeb
For all your cute nerdy needs
This shop was born from wanting to create a separation between my greeting card and coaster shop (www.etsy.com/ca/shop/SarahCIllustrations) and my geeky stuff.
All the items in this shop are made by myself and my husband in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We have years of experience in the print industry between us and from the first sketch to final packaging, every single item passes through both our hands.
My art is first produced traditionally in inks and watercolour, then scanned and touched up for colour balancing/dust removal. If it's destined to become a magnet or sticker, cut paths are added in Illustrator. When the magnetic sheets are printed, a code and reference dots are added along the bottom and in between the images for dear Robot to read so it knows where to cut. Once Robot has done it's magic, we're left with packaging!

Gift wrapping and packaging
I am happy to gift wrap any items for 2$ (this is just to cover material cost). Please contact me prior to purchase, as giftwrapping of certain items will bump them up into a different shipping category.
Custom and personalised orders
Many of my pieces are for sale in their original form. The magnet watercolour originals run from 50$-100$, depending on size and level of detail, while the print watercolour originals run from 100$ to 300$. These prices include protective matting/bagging (acid free materials). Please message me for details or to chat if you'd like a painting similar to what you see here.
