5 out of 5 starsThe item is cute but wasn’t packed properly to avoid damage. For something this fragile, detail in the shipping is important and unfortunately it didn’t make the travel well. Arrived damaged. It’s a gift for my MIL and she’s states away but will be trying to make the repairs herself. **The owner of the shop responded promptly with solutions and offered compensation which was very kind and professional. As a new shop learning from these situations are crucial I’m confident based on her response that she’ll take appropriate actions in the future to protect in shipping.
