Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
If an item is found to be defective/damaged, contact me within 7 days of receiving item with photo. I'll send a replacement if item sustained damage through mailing process / on my part.
Shipping
Items are shipped lettermail and without tracking. If you would like tracking, please contact and request a shipping quote.

Please make sure your shipping address is up to date! I am not responsible for lost items that were sent to the wrong address and not returned. The customer is responsible for paying for additional shipping for items that are Returned to Sender due to incorrect address.
Additional policies and FAQs
When placing an order, please check to make sure your address is current. While not prohibited, I'd prefer to send to YOUR address/ PO box and not a friend's address, your local post office, hotel, or temporary address. Packages often get lost or returned when it's sent to a place/person that isn't expecting it.
