Frequently asked questions
Can I personalize my t-shirt, sweatshirt, or mug?
Yes! We personalize names and, depending on the design, also dates.
Please make sure to send the name and/or date exactly as you want it to appear (including spelling, capitalization, and accents) when placing your order or via message.
What materials do you use?
Our t-shirts and sweatshirts are made from soft, high-quality cotton, some blended with polyester for extra durability.
Our mugs are made from sturdy ceramic, microwave and dishwasher safe.
Sizing (T-Shirts & Sweatshirts)
We offer sizes S to 2XL.
Please check the size chart in the product photos to find your best fit.
Are the t-shirts and sweatshirts unisex?
Yes! Most of our styles are unisex, offering a comfortable fit for both men and women.
If you prefer a looser or more fitted look, please refer to the size chart for exact measurements.
Do they shrink after washing?
When washed properly (cold water and low heat or air dry), shrinkage is minimal to none.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The total time includes processing + shipping:
Processing: 2–5 business days
Standard shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Customized or personalized products are subject to longer shipping dates if proof is requested or clarification is needed. Expect longer shipping times during the holiday seasons.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our items are custom made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake on our end or the item arrives damaged.
