Wallpaper Sizing Details

We customise each wallpaper to fit the dimensions of your walls, adding an additional 4 cm to the provided measurements for a perfect fit.

Care instructions

Wallpaper Care Tips: Gently clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and excessive moisture. For best results, avoid direct sunlight and high humidity.

Processing & Shipping Time

As all our items are made-to-order, our standard production time for wallpaper is 3-4 days, and for wall decals, it's 2 to 3 days. Shipping times vary based on the destination country, ranging from 2 to 5 working days (with an additional 3-5 days for customs clearance in the Europe).
We offer free delivery to all the UK orders and US (orders above $35).

Contact Details

Kindly include your telephone number in the order notes for courier purposes. In the event of delivery issues, such as an incorrect address, parcels may be returned to us.
As the seller, I cannot be held responsible for misaddressed packages. Please ensure the accuracy of the address provided during checkout. Please note that couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Customs & Duties

Each country has its own tax and customs regulations for goods from abroad, which are the buyer's responsibility. We ship all our items from London, UK.

Returns

If you choose to return the product (excluding wallpapers) for any reason, you are responsible for covering the return shipping expenses. As our wallpaper is custom-made, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a damage, we will replace the item at the free of cost.

Reprint or reorder

Please be aware that colours on the reprint may look slightly different compared to those on your original wallpaper, due to technical reasons.

Complaints

If the shipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Describe the issue and send photographs of both the damaged packaging and product.
For any concerns regarding the product itself (such as pattern or colours), please address them before the application.

Matching design to suit your wall and obstacles

We can adjust the design individually for each wall, ensuring that elements remain unobstructed, such as by furniture. Please speak to us with details, we can customise this for free.
