The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

All sales of originals and digital downloads are final.

Please contact me within if you are unsatisfied with my products. To receive a refund the item must be returned at your cost. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Payment
Payment must be received within 7 days after the purchase. Payments are accepted via PayPal, and full payment is due prior to any of the items being shipped. I do accept instalment for orders $200 and up. Please contact me. Instalments are not refundable whether fully or partially completed.
Delivery
Default shipping method is standard unless stated otherwise in item description. Tracking or coverage are not options. If you like different shipping method, please let me know. Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment received.
