I didn’t even send any photos, I just told the seller what the print was called because I was worried sometimes photos of colors don’t do them justice. It was better than I had imagined, because I don’t think I would have come up with the design myself!! I still need to hang it up officially, but I still love it.

Do you send proof for custom orders
Yes absolutely! Proof will be sent for approval before I start production. Please note that if proof is not approved by 2 biz days, it will be auto approved. A photo of the final product will also be sent out before shipment.
Sizing details
Flower letters
Standard sizes offered are 15”, 20” and 24”. If you require other sizes, please convo me.
Flower mobiles
Standard size is 14” petal to petal. I can make any size required. Please convo me for other sizes.
Discount
I offer a 10% discount if you purchase 2 or more items. Please convo me for discount code.
International shipping
Please convo me for exact shipping cost if located outside US/Canada.
Shipping costs for international orders are just an estimate. Will ship all products internationally, please convo me for details.
International shipping doesn’t come with tracking, and will be sent via surface mail. I will not be responsible for lost/damaged mail. If you require tracking/insurance, upgrades are available, please convo me for pricing.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Am I allowed to make changes to the completed product?
I always send photos of flower selection for approval before production to avoid any changes. Minor tweaks might be possible, depending on product. Major changes are not allowed. Any changes or additions of flowers requested will be subjected to a charge.
Delays in shipments
Please note that currently, all carriers are experiencing severe processing, tracking and delivery delays due to COVID-19 and an increased volume of shipments during this time. I will not be held responsible for delayed shipments as it’s not within my control. If you require an item by a certain date, please check with me before ordering.
Rush order
Rush order will be processed within 1-3 biz days, regular processing time is 1-2 weeks. There will be fees for rush order. Fees vary, depending on product. I ship my rush orders by FedEx, there will be additional costs for FedEx shipments. I will not be responsible for any delayed shipments by FedEx in the event if you do not receive your item on time.
Shipping Insurance
I will not be responsible for lost packages. Please purchase insurance on my etsy page.
