Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
I try to ship orders out within 3-5 business days.
I only use Standard shipping as all my packages are small enough for that option. Most of the orders are done through lettermail.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International shipping delivery times may vary between a week to a month.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
+ you will get a maximum of (1) re-send of your order, anything after that resend will have to be discussed.
+ If any damages occur during it's journey to your home, please send me a message with images attached and I will try to provide a replacement or a refund if necessary. Refunds will depend on the damage.
+ Prints: If any prints get damaged, a replacement will be provided + Original Artwork: Cannot be replaced, will be refunded depending on the damage
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yep! Some areas will have to depend, due to Canada post being my main postal service.

+Commissioning Artwork Requesting a Commissioned artwork would depend on my availability and the current load of work. However, if you are interested feel free to send me a message and I will contact you back.
When do you ship?
I try to ship my packages every Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday.
Orders will be shipped out depending on the type of purchase.
Merchandise such as Prints, Enamel Pins and Stickers will be shipped as they are ordered within the given shipping time.
Original Artwork will be delayed up until 1 week to ensure proper packaging.

Yep! I participate in conventions every year since 2017!

Gift wrapping and packaging
All items will be packaged with a recyclable clear bag and wrapped in either tissue paper, or kraft paper.
Small Orders for stickers will be mailed in a kraft envelope with a postcard, freebies of the week and their order!
Medium orders for Pins and multiple item orders will be mailed in a lovely Teal Bubble Mailer with a postcard, and freebies!
Pins are wrapped in Bubble Wrap for extra security!
PRINT Orders are mailed in a Rigid Mailer or A Kraft Envelope backed with cardboard for extra security. Will include a postcard, and Freebies!
For Gift Wrapping
Any Stickers and Prints will be given an extra kraft envelope and a blank message card for you to customize and add the receiver's name onto!

My order was damage or I did not recieve it
Please send me a message with pictures attached if damage. If lost or damaged I will send you your order again for a maximum of (1) time or a request for a refund will be given.
What happens if the item I ordered is the last one on the listing and goes missing during shipping?
A equal value or a replacement will be provided up to (1) times or a refund will be issues. This is due to some items being one of a kind I.e a oops pack or no longer in stock item, or different grades of pins that are limited in stock.
I never received my order! What now?
A replacement will be offered a maximum of (1) time or refunded, however anything unique or not a standard listing is limited to its stock amount or replaced with an item of the same price.
