Hello! Thanks for visiting Melu Crochet. I’m Mel, the pattern designer behind Melu. I love designing modern, easy to read crochet patterns for beginners and long standing crocheters alike, and understand that just because you can, doesn't always mean you want to do something really complicated! My patterns are designed to be pleasurable to crochet; I enjoy working with simple pattern repeats and textures to create unique and satisfying projects.
I see crochet as a very mindful activity, so have designed a whole range of patterns (dotty about bobbles) with this in mind; you only have to count to three! My more advanced patterns include charts and full written instructions, and I have had all of them fully tested making them as easy to follow as possible.

5 out of 5 starsPattern seems easy enough. I haven't started it yet but it is on my list to be next. I love the design. I hadn't seen one like this before. I keep changing the color scheme in my head! I am really looking forward to working this one.
