All rings over $300 CDN are eligible for free sizing. If a ring needs to be sized multiple sizes, please contact us prior to purchase to confirm if that particular ring can be sized up or down to the required size.

Prior to submitting your order, please double check to ensure that the size you require is correct as sizing a ring multiple times is not recommended. Please note that all sized rings are custom orders and are considered final sale.

Customer service is extremely important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return an item, please contact us after delivery to arrange a return. DO NOT just mail the item back.

Returned items must be shipped in their original condition with insurance, tracking and signature confirmation within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The buyer is responsible for the returned shipping costs. A refund will be issued once we receive the item and inspect it to ensure there were no alterations or damages. All original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns not shipped within the initial 14 day period after delivery are considered final sale.

All customized orders (including sized orders) are non-refundable.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped within 6 business days after payment is received. Currently, we only ship to Canada, the United States and select international locations.

US and International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees associated with customs as these potential charges have not been included in your order. Please be aware that all countries have varying customs policies, and that we cannot guarantee that your package will reach you by a certain date. We cannot anticipate and are not responsible for these delays. We encourage all international customers to research their own countries' customs policies and procedures.
