Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! In fact, I LOVE wrapping gifts (that’s part of the reason why I’m Merry Megan). All purchases come wrapped in tissue paper (standard), then they are placed and sealed in a cardboard shipping box. If you would like your purchase to be gift wrapped in wrapping paper with a bow, please request this at time of purchase or send me a message. When requesting gift wrapping, please inform me of the occasion of the gift and any other applicable details. 🎁
Do I get the EXACT item in the photo? Or is it a replica of a stock image?
Yes! You will always receive the exact item in the photo. When I initially create a listing and add something on Etsy, I take photos of that item for the listing and I only ever make one of that item. If I decide to remake the item and relist it, I take brand new photos. I do this because no two items are the exact same and I want to be completely transparent and accurate in my listings.
Do I need to spend a minimum amount?
No! There is no minimum order requirement! I am happy to ship out any and all orders no matter how big or how small!

Where do you buy the materials you use to make your wreaths?
I source materials for my wreaths all over. The majority of materials I use for my wreaths are from “higher end” places, such as Michael's. I do pay more for materials when I buy them from places comparable to Michael’s. However, I genuinely believe that the materials are of a higher caliber. I have the same mindset with clothing. I personally feel uncomfortable wearing a very inexpensive item of clothing to a nice event/place. I would feel uncomfortable charging a high price for a wreath or any other item in my store if I knew the materials were sub-par. Whereas, when I buy high quality material, I feel as though a higher price is justified. If I were to create an item with inexpensive material the price would reflect that. I am not lookin
What if I am unhappy with the item I receive?
Fear not! I am happy to refund any order. Please contact me if you are dissatisfied with your order in ANY WAY within 14 days of purchase and please ship the item back to me within 30 days of purchase for a FULL REFUND. Regardless of the refund, please contact me ASAP if you are unhappy with the product you received and I will do everything in my power to rectify the situation.
When will I receive my order?
I try my best to ship orders out within two business days of receiving them (maximum two days). As soon as your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number and you can use that tracking number to see updates of where your order is on it’s journey to you in real time. Personally, I use an app called “Shop Pay” and the reason I use it is because one can input any tracking number from any company worldwide and the app will track the package in real time without having to bother with inputting complicated tracking numbers into different shipping companies' websites.
Where are you located?
I am located in a southern Ontario city that has a population of about 130,000 and is about an hour outside of Toronto, Hamilton, or London, depending on which direction you’re driving.
