5 out of 5 starsThe pattern looks easy and very lovely I have not made it yet but will update after if I can.. customer service was good when the download was not innmy email they offered to resend it but I found the download available on my tracking site "Shop ", and was able to download it just fine.. I'm not great with techy stuff so loading it took me a little bit as I was used to pdf's coming via my email in a link with my receipt from Etsy, but it was not on that receipt! Now all is well, and this old lady found it by herself, and downloaded it just fine! Customer service was very kind offering to help me by resending said pattern, which turned out completely unnessasary! Thanks so much for very prompt response and good customer service! K.W.
