From April 1 to September 30, we raised $859.85 through my Etsy shop for the Minnesota Freedom Fund, BCCDC & BC SPCA! Shoutout to all of you!

★ 10X10" prints of RELT (finally!), NO MORE, HAVING FUN & FRUIT LOOPS are on the way
★ 12X12" prints of DO NOT LEAVE ME SPINNING are on the way
★ MTG TOKEN Booster Packs are being constructed and should be available before the end of the year
★ SON OF DERELOR patch will be released as a non-Patreon patch in January 2021

Check out my Patreon :) $5.00 / mo. for a brand new limited edition patch delivered to your door: www.patreon.com/xaxabel

In other news, Kelloggs' legal team contacted Etsy and had them remove my listing for the art print "Fruit Loops" for an undeclared reason. This is hilarious. Unfortunately for you reading this, the remaining Fruit Loops prints I have for sale will only be available at the Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna, BC going forward. Cheers.

PS: Due to the Coronavirus, I am unsure whether or not there will be any form of delay on shipments. I will still get your items to the mailbox ASAP, but there is no telling what procedures Canada Post are taking to ensure appropriate delivery times. Between 1 and 2 weeks seems to be the usual delivery time to the US. Between 1 and 3 weeks seems to the usual shipping time to Europe. During this boom of Christmas, I am confident saying delivery times are increased by up to 1 week for anything outside of Canada, based on timing of customer feedback as well as conversations had between buyers. Thank you all for supporting my big dumb art adventure.

love,
Jesse / xaxabel

About XAXABEL

Sales 2,150
On Etsy since 2017

HEY. HI. HELLO.

I have been drawing my entire life, but only started taking it seriously (with a business sense) since my dad passed away in 2013. I have come to realize more and more over the years, that, the people very close to you just want to see you at your best. A lot of times you don't push for your best until you lose one of those people very close to you, as a source of motivation, as a source to make them proud and to leave a mark on the planet. The key to all of this is YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE VERY CLOSE TO YOU TO DIE IN ORDER TO BE YOUR BEST. JUST BE YOUR BEST. GO.

and/or

My first loves in life were Magic the Gathering and Diablo/Diablo II. These two things have undeniably inspired not only my artistic style but also my vocabulary, attitude and a plethora of other characteristics. I create as a therapy. I create as a distraction from mundane things that seem to stick out around me. I try to find myself in every piece I do. There is a story behind it all and it's always about me. It's a selfish thing to do, sit alone and sink hours into something as small and lightweight as a drawing, let alone try to sell it afterward. I don't know what it is, but I've been doing this since I was a kid and sometimes I feel like it's all I really know.

A lovely local establishment that I have invested my trust into producing quality stickers and MTG tokens.

All of my patches originate from a drawing or painting of mine. Through trial and error with other local and international embroidery outlets, I have found the/studio to be by far the most affordable, cooperative and reliable partner in this truly passionate endeavour of mine.

Frequently asked questions
What do you mean by "limited edition" art prints?

I create only ten copies per size of each art print and will never reprint a piece once it has sold out. I want everything of mine to be as collectible as possible.

Where do you get your patches made?

Through a company called the/studio. They have incredible customer service and pricing and destroy all of the local companies around me. Nothing but good things to say about them.

How long have you been drawing?

For as long as I can remember I've been obsessed with making stuff. Board games, card games, arts, sculptures, weaponry... the list is infinite. I just really love making stuff.
