Are your items physical or digital?
Mings Creative Lab offers both physical products and digital downloads. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing to make sure you’re selecting the product type you want.
How do I access my digital downloads?
Digital files are available instantly after purchase through your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. Etsy will also typically send a download link to your email associated with your account.
Will I receive anything in the mail for digital products?
No—digital items are instant downloads only. No physical product will be shipped unless the listing specifically says otherwise.
Can I use your digital designs for my business or resale?
Unless a listing specifically includes commercial rights, all designs are for personal use only. Files may not be resold, shared, copied, or redistributed.
I’m having trouble downloading my files—what should I do?
Send me a message through Etsy and I’ll be happy to help as quickly as possible.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once files have been downloaded. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out so I can help.
