Every effort is put into using Sterling Silver sourced from ethical suppliers avoiding invasive environmental mining - locally whenever possible, 95% from Paris, France & 5% Australian professional foundry. So be a proud supporter & wearer of environmentally friendly silver.

Minicyn does not compromise the beauty of packaging by using bio-degradable and custom made Minicyn Italian gift box from the finest recycled paper & Moo's Green business card option. The result is simple and beautiful! Avoiding the least possible useless plastic frills that come with dressing a gift.

All orders must be 'paid' for after purchasing from my Etsy shop before processing. For an extension please contact me. My Etsy shop accepts Paypal and Direct check-out with Credit cards.

Shipping

PLEASE NOTE:
We happily ship our products to every corner of the globe – to the address that you provide us upon checkout.

• PAY ATTENTION when filling out your postal address. Packages will go awol for a month up to 3 months if an insufficient address is provided; the wrong postcode, wrong street number etc. We will not take the blame & refund will only be considered when the package returns in safety.

• Highly NOT recommended that you leave for your vacation after ordering. We are more than happy to hold the package until your return.

• We will not tolerate written assaults and insults from buyers. You will be reported to Etsy.

******************INTERNATIONAL shipping***********************
I ship to all international destination except to SPAIN unless you choose a signature option (please contact me). Please do not leave for your vacation after ordering, just contact the seller to arrange a delivery for when you're sure of your presence.

Patience is a virtue. If you are based in Russia or Asia, be aware that it will take at least 30 days or more at times for it to arrive at you. This is out of my control, please do not leave negative feedback about postal delays that are out of my control when I ship 3-4 days after order.

If you're interested in expedited shipping please contact me for more details. Minicyn is situated in Paris, France thus Europe. When ordering for a special occasion for a specific time keep in mind that postal delays could potentially extend the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control. The ETA is between 10 working days but it can take up to 3.5weeks depending; on your country's Customs Declaration, the season Christmas/New Year etc. If you're unsure what to do/decide, you're welcome to contact me for an opinion.

All orders come with tracking numbers for both International and local buyers.

• On International DELIVERY:
PLEASE double check that the address provided in your Etsy account is correct right down to your country's name! International delivery will take from 7-10 business days up to 30 days to arrive depending on: how far you're from France, delays in Customs(especially US) are becoming increasingly common and Postal strikes. Packages may take longer deliver to international destinations due to unforeseen reasons beyond the control of Minicyn once the item/s is shipped. If you cannot wait please consider ordering from a local seller to avoid disappointment.

• On Local DELIVERY:
Mondial Relay or Colissimo is used.
