It looked so much like him. My daughter was so thrilled and immediately hung it up in her room. All our items are based on original sketches and drawings that are designed at the Mint & Woolly studios. We don't sell or replicate licensed or copyrighted products. We also respect other artists' work and will not replicate any of their work.
Retail Stores or Boutiques
We are always looking to work with retail stores and boutiques. If you are interested in carrying any of our items please contact us by sending a DM through our Etsy shop or at hello@mintandwoolly.com.
Return policy
Each item is carefully handmade with quality materials and attention to details. We try our best to package your happy mail well so that it arrives safely to you however unfortunately sometimes it is beyond our control. We will accept returns if in the event your order sadly arrives damaged. Please contact us first through our Etsy shop before returning the item back.
Please Note: Custom orders are non-refundable and not returnable.
Lost Parcels
Once we drop your order off at the Post Office we don’t have any control on making sure your order arrives safely and are not responsible for any parcels that get lost. No refunds will be made if this unfortunately happens.
For US and International orders, please contact us if you would like to add a tracking number to your package. We will send you a shipping quote.
For Canadian orders, it will come with a tracking number. Except Pin, Sticker & Stationery orders.
