Payments are only accepted through Paypal, and should be paid within 3 days of purchase. Please contact me if this is not possible and we can come to some arrangement. Full payment must be made before I ship an item.

Items will be shipped within 1 week of purchase.

I will be using Royal Mail second class shipping which should reach the UK within 2 to 3 days (but we all know what Royal Mail are like!), and the rest of the world within a month. I use second class to reduce the cost to you :) Please also be aware that your item may have to go through customs.

Please ensure your Etsy shipping address is correct as I will not be held responsible for items going to the wrong address. If items are returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will contact the buyer to offer a refund (minus the cost of shipping) or to pay shipping again to send it to the correct address.

I will send confirmation when the item has been shipped.

My household is pet-free, smoke-free and child-free.

Colour varies from computer to computer. I try to photograph in natural light, which can cause an occasional bleaching of part of the colours. There is minimal editing of the pictures.

Most items I create are one of a kind, however I will try to repeat colour combinations but I can never guarantee they will be the same. For hand pulled roving please note there will be varying thickness of roving and varying amounts of colours/fibre in each section.
