5 out of 5 starsThese were a gift, and they made it to and from Germany on the outside of some luggage (on the indents of a case, but still, that's a lot for a sticker to go through!) Sturdy stuff and so lovely, they were hard to give away. ;)

Frequently asked questions
My tracked order never arrived, what can be done?
If tracking on your order hasn't updated for 2 weeks or more, or it was marked delivered but you never received it, please contact me and I can contact Canada Post to look into it further!
*IMPORTANT* If your order is lost/heavily delayed, you have up to 90 days to let me know - Canada Post has a time limit on submitting claims, so I am unable to be compensated for lost packages after that and as a result would no longer be able to replace/refund your order once the time limit is exceeded.
I gave you the wrong/incorrect mailing address, but the order has already shipped.
If you inform me if an incorrect address after the order has been shipped out, there is nothing I can do, you will have to place a new order under the correct address if you still wish to receive the product(s). If the original order gets returned to me I will refund the items excluding shipping costs.
If you contact me before the order is shipped, I will cancel/refund your order and ask that you place the order again under the correct shipping credentials.
Please ensure you put in the correct address upon placing your order, if there happens to be a mistake please contact me ASAP as I sometimes mail orders out same-day.
The item I received was damaged/defective.
If you received a damaged/defective product please let me know right away! I will usually work out a replacement/refund with the customer as long as I am provided with image proof of damage/inconsistencies. Sometimes things slip through the cracks and I might accidentally send off a product that isn't the quality I usually deliver, or something can get damaged in the shipping process. Regardless of the situation I am always very happy to help you with your order if there are any problems!
My order never arrived but I did not purchase the tracking upgrade, what can be done?
If your untracked order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window for your location, I'll ask that you wait an additional 14 business days to account for any delays. Unfortunately without tracking there is no liability coverage for lost orders, but if you fail to receive your order I will do my best to get it worked out with you!
