星 5 個のうち 5 個Josh, the owner of this company was so helpful to me in figuring out the right color and all of the dimensions. He was very detailed and prompt in getting back to me. I ended up getting the 3 inch pot with the base. I absolutely love the shape and detail design. I have never seen anything like it. I have had tons of compliments already. I was hesitant because of the material it is made of and did not want it to look like cheap plastic, but it looks fabulous. I will be purchasing from this company again.

星 5 個のうち 4 個I did not contact Customer Service so cannot rate this area. When deciding about this purchase, I measured the item's areas very carefully with my tape measure and compared it size-wise right next to a vase with the same measurements. Surprising to me, the vase that I received looked greatly smaller than making a photo comparison. All of my measuring and comparing was a waste of my time because the "vision" of the actual item was such a great visual difference between the items in person and when in real time, the difference was so unexplainedly different!
