We have a simple procedure for customized order, the steps are as below

A) Start a conversation with us and send us the message asking for customized jewelry. You will get a reply within a few hours, as soon as one of our team member have your message.

B) Please send us the design you would like us to make it for you, or discuss the idea with us we can also design it for you.

C) We make jewelry using, Moissanite or Sapphire or any other gemstones as required by you. We can make jewelry in 925 Silver, 10K, 14K, 18K and in Platinum. We can make it in White, Yellow, and Rose Gold.

D) We will send you CAD before we make the ring and send you images of a completed ring.

Yes, we offer free engraving, we do not charge for engraving, also we request to double-check on engraving and ask for the images of engraving before we ship it out to you.

Jewelry caring is a very important part once you use them on a regular basis.

We advise you to do the following things to keep them lasts forever
A. Please do not wear the ring at the time of workout to avoid accidental damage, while using hairspray and perfume.
B. Keep your ring away from chemicals.
C. Do not get your ring in contact with Nail polish remover
D. You can use Nail polish remover to clean the stone but avoid making contact with metal.

Use a soft brush to clean the stones, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry.

Processing times vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current order volume. Generally, orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

No Returns for General Reasons: As all items in our shop are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects. We do not offer returns for personal preferences or change of mind.

Eligibility: We only accept returns or exchanges if there is a manufacturing defect with the item you received. This includes issues such as incorrect sizing or flaws that were not disclosed in the product listing.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items made to your specific requests. Custom orders are tailored specifically to your preferences, which makes them non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Accuracy: To avoid any issues, please provide clear and detailed instructions for your custom order. We will confirm all details with you before proceeding. It is crucial that the information you provide is accurate and complete to ensure your custom item meets your expectations.

Confirmation: Once we finalize the design and details with you, we will proceed with crafting your custom order. Changes or additional requests after this point may not be accommodated.

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation charges apply based on the production stage:

Preliminary Work: Cancel within 48 hours of design start for a 20% fee deductions.

Mid-Production: Cancel during production with a 25% fee deductions.

Final Stages/Completed: Cancellations or refunds after final production with a 35% fee deductions.

To cancel, contact us via Etsy’s messaging system with your order number. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
