Frequently asked questions
Does my shipment have tracking?
All shipment by flat-rate includes tracking. The default shipping is by Canada Post. However, shipping is by UPS, Canada Post or USPS, depending on current delivery times and route.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, I do. Please contact me if you would like to combine shipping. Currently, Etsy does not calculate the multiple items correctly. I can verify the shipping costs once I know what you are purchasing.
Do you offer insurance your package?
Sorry, I do not offer insurance on your package. I am not responsible for lost and damaged packages. If you wish to purchase insurance, please let me know and I will look into the cost for you.
Are any items edible?
Some of the charms do look very realistic. However, they are not edible and cannot be used in any form of cooking or baking.
Do you have other designs and items not posted?
Yes, please let me know if you are looking for something in particular. I may have it. I always have new items coming in that are not posted.
Do you sell in larger or smaller quantities?
Please reach out to me and I will let you know if it is possible. I can prepare a custom listing for you.
Can I cancel my order?
If you made a mistake, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of your purchase. After 30 minutes, we are unable to cancel your order as we may have already started processing and packaging your order.
Do you offer lettermail shipping?
Depending on the size of order and what you want to order, I might be able to offer lettermail shipping. This is for domestic shipping within Canada only. Please message me if you are interested. Once the package is mailed by lettermail, I am not responsible for lost or damages. Further, it is impossible to determine delivery times as well.
